Support
Write to us about anything the app does wrong. There is no account to quote and no ticket number to find: describe what happened and what you expected instead, and that is enough to start.
What helps
- What you were doing when it went wrong.
- Your iOS version and which iPhone or iPad, which narrows most of it down immediately.
- The transport the server uses, if you know it — the app shows it under each server's name.
- Never send us a configuration link or a subscription address. They contain the credentials to your server. If we need to reproduce something, we will say what to strip out first.
What we cannot help with
Tunelly is a client. We do not run the servers you connect to and have no relationship with whoever does, so there are questions only they can answer:
- A server that has stopped responding, or has become slow.
- A subscription that expired, or a device limit you have hit.
- Buying, renewing or refunding access to a server.
- Which servers to use, or where to obtain a configuration.
For any of those, the person who gave you the configuration is the one who can act. The app shows their support contact on the subscription card when they provided one.
Before writing in
Two settings account for most connection problems, and both are in Settings, under "Where traffic goes":
- Split the handshake — for networks that block a connection as it opens. Turn it on if servers that used to work have stopped connecting.
- Share one connection — faster for browsing, slower for a large download. If a download crawls while pages load fine, turn it off.
Privacy
